MyCOMET Login

If you have any questions regarding 2018 registrations, please don’t hesitate to send us an email (rego@tawafootball.org.nz).

If the child has played football before, for any club, DO NOT click on the blue ‘Sign up‘ link as this will create a duplicate registration within MyCOMET. Click on the ‘Forgot Password?’ link or contact Capital Football (info@capitalfootball.org.nz) for further assistance.

MyCOMET is an online player management system implemented by NZ Football for all NZ Football Clubs.  Players registered in “GoalNet” last year (2017) will be sent an email from NZ Football with your MyCOMET login ID, password and link to the system so you can register for 2018.
If you played last year and haven’t received an email, please contact Capital Football at info@capitalfootball.org.nz for assistance and / or for your login information.  Please check your email spam folder first in case the email has ended up there.

New football players (never played for a NZ club before) will need to create a MyCOMET profile before registering.  Please refer to the MyCOMET Help pages for directions or email rego@tawafootball.org.nz for guidance on this.

ALL players must register through MyCOMET to the Club before being able to play football for Tawa Football.

This requirement will be the same for any club you wish to join to play football.

A player can only be registered to one Club at a time.  If you are transferring to Tawa Football from another Club, the transfer will be managed through MyCOMET.

You will be able to pay at the time of registration through MyCOMET by Credit Card (please note: this will incur a 2.5% administration and processing fee), or you can select the ‘pay later’ option.  Please note that all registration fees are required to be paid, or payment arrangements made with the Treasurer, by 31 March each year.

Alternative ways to pay are:

  • Internet banking direct to the Tawa Junior Football bank account:

ANZ Bank, Tawa AFC – Juniors, 01 0553 0090747-50
Please include the players name and “2018 Subs” so your payment can be reconciled against your child’s registration.

  • Post a cheque to Tawa Junior Football, P.O. Box 51066, Tawa 5249, Wellington.
  • Cash, Cheque and EFTPOS payments can be accepted at the Redwood Clubrooms.

All parents are recommended to read through the Parents and Players Information page to help answer any questions there may be.

Player Fees

The 2018 fees have been confirmed by the Junior Committee.  The 2018 Registration Subs for each grade are displayed below and include all Capital Football / NZ Football fees as well as the Club’s fees.  Tawa Junior Football is working hard to maintain the registration subs for each player.  As a result we are very happy to advise that there has been no increase in the registration fees for 2018 from last year.

Values are in $NZ and are GST inclusive.

Tawa Junior Football offers a payment plan.  Please contact the Treasurer (treasurer@tawafootball.org.nz) to set this plan up.

Transfers

Players who wish to play for Tawa this year and are moving from another Club will go through a transfer process. Player transfers will be managed through MyCOMET.

All players aged 12-18 years that are NOT citizens of NZ and are registering at a club for the first time in NZ must apply to FIFA via NZ Football for an International Transfer (ITC) of Minors.  There is a cost charged by NZ Football for processing all ITC’s.

Skill Training sessions

The Club provides a number of skill development training sessions run by a professional coach.  These sessions are run after school during the week.  Sessions will be advertised on this website and on Facebook.  Numbers are limited and registration is required along with a registration fee.

To see what sessions are currently being provided, please click here to go through to the Junior News page.
